New Delhi, Jan. 14 (Delhi Crown): The Budget Session of the Parliament will commence on January 31 and is likely to conclude on April 8, announced the Lok Sabha Secretariat on Friday.
The Union Budget will be presented on February 1 at 11:00 a.m.
President Ram Nath Kovind will address both Houses of Parliament on January 31.
The first half of the Budget Session will end on February 11, and the second half will commence on March 14.
March 10 is a crucial date as results of Assembly Elections in five states – Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur, are slated to be announced during the day.
