Yaduvanshi appointed as chief of Goa Congress’ key body
New Delhi, Jan. 8 (Delhi Crown): The Congress party on Saturday appointed Devsurabhee Yaduvanshi as the Chairperson of the “Unorganised Workers & Employees Congress” of Goa Pradesh Congress Committee.
All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary K.C. Venugopal made this announcement in Delhi.
Yaduvanshi’s announcement assumes significance even as the state goes to Assembly polls on February 14.
Yaduvanshi has been an active member of Goa unit of the Congress party. She is expected to be fielded by the party from one of the 40 Assembly constituencies in Goa.
