Two Nigerians deported from Mohan Garden area
Their landlord booked for allowing their illegal stay
New Delhi, Dec. 11 (Delhi Crown): The Mohan Garden police apprehended two foreigners living in the area illegally without valid Visas/Passports, and initiated the process of deporting them, said DCP Shankar Choudhary on Saturday.
The deportation of the two was done under operation “Varchasv” and part of the ongoing crackdown on illegally staying foreigners in the area.
A police team comprising SI Banwari Lal and HC Anil Kumar apprehended the two Nigerian nationals roaming in the area of P.S Mohan Garden.
After verification of their credentials both the Nigerian National, namely Odinakachi Innocent and Macdonald, were found living without valid Visa & passports.
Both the Nigerians and their landlord were booked under various sections of the Foreigner Act and the IPC, added DCP Choudhary.
