Trilokpuri Govt School boy wins a Gold at Taekwondo Championship
Tournament being held in Dwarka, Delhi
New Delhi, Nov. 8 (Delhi Crown): Atharva Sharma, a student of the Govt. Boys Senior Secondary School (GBSSS) Trilokpuri, on Monday won the Gold Medal in Karate at the ongoing Delhi Martial Art Games Taekwondo Championship.
Beginning October 31, the martial arts games are going on at the Abhinav Global School in Dwarka Sector-13.
The tournament is being co-organised by the Delhi Olympic Association and the Delhi Taekwondo Association.
Hailing Atharva Sharma’s feat, Delhi Education Director Himanshu Gupta tweeted – “We are delighted & proud. More glory & success to you Atharva!”
The Director said Atharva’s win made the festive season brighter.
