Sehwag’s sister Anju joins AAP
New Delhi, Dec. 31 (Delhi Crown): Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag’s sister Anju Sehwag, a former MCD Councillor, on Friday joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Anju was an MCD Councillor during 2012-17 representing the Congress party. The Sehwag family belongs to Najafgarh.
Anju joining the AAP assumes significance ahead of next MCD Polls, which are scheduled to be held in March-April. She joined AAP in the presence of Delhi Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam.
