President pays tributes to Pranab Mukherjee
New Delhi, Dec. 11 (Delhi Crown): President of India Ram Nath Kovind paid floral tributes to his predecessor Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday at Raj Bhavan in Uttarakhand.
Today was the 86th birth anniversary of Mukherjee, who had passed away last year due to complications arising out Covid pandemic.
President Kovind was in Uttarakhand to attend the passing our parade of the Indian Military Academy (IMA).
