Man kills wife in Delhi’s Govindpuri over “illicit relationship”
Surrenders before police
New Delhi, Feb. 3 (Delhi Crown): In a heart-wrenching incident, a man first brutally stabbed to death his wife with scissors and then crushed her head with an LPG Cylinder in Delhi’s Govindpuri area.
The couple lived in Tughlakabad Extension.
After mercilessly committing the murder, the accused identified as Asif Khan (26) himself went to the police station and confessed to his crime. He told the police that he killed his wife as he suspected her of being involved in an illicit relationship.
On knowing about his wife’s extra-marital affair Khan became fierce and decided to end his wife’s life.
The deceased was identified as Shaheen Khan.
The local police reached the spot of the crime, and recovered the dead body lying on a bed.
