Gurugram Traffic Police created Green Corridor for the two ambulances
Gurugram, March 29 (Delhi Crown): The Gurugram Police created a Green Corridor on Tuesday to ensure a smooth passage for two ambulances, one carrying a heart and the other a pair of Lungs, from a hospital in the city to the Delhi Airport.
According to the Gurugram Police, the two ambulances covered the distance of around 19 kilometres in only 13 minutes through the Green Corridor.
The human organs were airlifted from the Delhi Airport for their respective destinations, added the cop.
While the heart was transported by air to Jaipur, the pair of Lungs was delivered to Hyderabad for their respective recipients.
