Owners reveal they bought the plot in 2006 and thereafter hardly visited it

Gurugram, March 2 (Delhi Crown): The house in Gurugram’s Sector-31 at which grenades and other ammunition was found, is registered in the name of a company named “Parasram Holdings” having three directors namely Ravinder Aggarwal, Vivek Aggarwal and Anshu Aggarwal, said the local police on Wednesday (March 2).

While Anshu Aggarwal is abroad, the other two were interrogated by the Gurugram Police.

On the basis of interrogation of Ravinder Aggarwal and Vivek Aggarwal, it was revealed that they had bought the plot in the year 2006-07, and that they had hardly visited it during the past 15 years, said the police sources.

As per the HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) they had constructed 25% of it and left the rest vacant. Initially they had posted a security guard at their plot, but then removed him.

“The plot remained unguarded for the past six years,” the owners of the plot are learnt to have divulged to the police. The last time they had got the plot cleaned in the year 2019.

The recovery of grenades and ammunition from the plot had sent shock waves in the city.

The Gurugram Police is verifying with the ordnance factories with the help of the batch(es) mentioned on the grenades and other ammunition. The kind of ammunition recovered is normally manufactured by ordnance factories in Khagariya, Muradnagar and Shivkashi.

The local police is in touch with these ordnance factories, said a police source.
