Gurugram Police return 103 stolen mobile phones worth Rs 23 lakhs to owners

New Delhi, April 15 (Delhi Crown): The Gurugram Police claimed to have recovered as many as 103 stolen mobile phones worth Rs 23 lakhs, and returned the same to their owners who had lodged formal police complaints regarding phone thefts.

The mobile phone owners were called to the office of Commissioner of Police where their mobile phones were returned on Friday (Apr. 15).

The stolen mobile phones were recovered by the Gurugram Police’s Cyber Cell with the help of technical help.

This was the eighth occasion when the Gurugram Police returned stolen mobile phones to their owners.

“Till now as many as 728 stolen mobile phones worth Rs 1,53,50,000 (Rs one crore 52 lakhs and 50 thousand) have been recovered and returned to their owners,” said a senior cop.
