Four motorcycle-snatchers nabbed in Delhi’s Dwarka area
A juvenile said to be the mastermind
New Delhi, March 10 (Delhi Crown): Four snatchers-cum-extortionists, including one juvenile, have been arrested in Delhi’s Dwarka area for their alleged involvement in robbing a motorcycle, confirmed the local police on Thursday (March 10).
The juvenile is said to be the mastermind in snatching the motorcycle on March 7 along with three others from an area falling under the Dwarka South Police Station.
Those arrested have been identified as Monu (18), a resident of Palam Village, Kartik alias Kaku (19) and Sujal Singh, both residents of Raj Nagar, besides one juvenile who is said to be involved in 3 other crimes previously.
“The juvenile is the mastermind of this case,” said Dwarka DCP Shankar Chaudhary.
According to a complaint registered at the Dwarka South Police Station, the four youths had robbed a motorcycle and ran away on March 7. A police team was set up and all the four accused, including the juvenile, were arrested.
Two robbed bikes were also recovered from their possession.
