Delhi records over 100 new Covid cases in a day after 6 months
One death after 11 days
New Delhi, Dec. 20 (Delhi Crown): Coronavirus seems to be once again posing a challenge to Delhi, as the national capital recorded over 100 cases in a single day on Sunday, after over six months.
As many as 107 new cases were registered from several areas in Delhi on Sunday, the highest since June 25, said the Delhi’s health department.
The city also has a total of 22 Omicron cases recorded so far. Besides, one patient suffering from Covid-19 died in Delhi. It was the first death in the national capital due to Coronavirus after 11 days.
