Local MP Tapir Gao appeals for his early release

New Delhi, Jan. 20 (Delhi Crown): Chinese Army (PLA) is learnt to have abducted a 17-year-old boy from Arunachal Pradesh from inside the Indian territory.

According to Tapir Gao, the BJP MP (Lok Sabha) from Arunachal-East parliamentary constituency, the Chinese Army abducted Miram Taron (17) of Zido village on Jan. 18 from inside the Indian territory.

He said that the boy was abducted from Lungta Jor area, where China built 3-4 kms road inside India in 2018, under Siyungla area (Bishing village) of Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.

“His friend escaped from PLA and reported to the authorities. All the agencies of Govt of India are requested to step up for his early release,” tweeted Gao.

For decades China has maintained that Arunachal Pradesh is a part as its territory, even though the Hindi-speaking local people (in Arunachal) have repeatedly declared their love and patriotism for India.
