BJP not only anti-Muslims, but anti-Hindus too, alleges AAP leader
Says Kejriwal govt gave Rs 1 cr and a job to Ankit Sharma’s family
New Delhi, March 17 (Delhi Crown): The BJP is not only an anti-Muslim party, but also anti-Hindu and it has been proved in the case of Ankit Sharma, the employee of Intelligence Bureau (IB) who was killed by a mob amidst Delhi riots two years ago, said Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Durgesh Pathak on Thursday.
“IB in a Central Government agency, hence the BJP-led Central government should have paid ex-gratia amount to Ankit Sharma’s family after his demise. But it didn’t. Instead, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal gave ex-gratia of Rs one crore to his family and also provided a job in Delhi government to his brother,” said Pathak while addressing press persons at his party office.
He further said – “It’s quite understandable that the BJP never looks after the interests of the Muslim community, but now it’s proved that the BJP is also an anti-Hindu political party.”
Pathak, who is AAP’s in-charge for MCD Polls, also said – “The BJP leaders can construct an office worth Rs 500 crore for themselves, but didn’t provide even a single paisa to the family of Ankit Sharma. I appeal to the people of Delhi that now when the BJP leaders approach you for your vote in the name of Hindu community, ask them why they didn’t provide a helping hand to Ankit Sharma’s family.”
According to sources, Ankit’s brother Ankur Sharma has been given a job in Delhi Government’s education department.
