Dwarka DCP warns Banquet Hall owners against celebratory firing
New Delhi, Dec. 18 (Delhi Crown): Dwarka District DCP Shankar Choudhary has warned the Banquet-Hall owners in the area not to allow celebratory firing during any function/event taking place at their premises, else face action.
DCP Choudhary held a meeting with Banquet-Hall owners at his office on Friday (Dec. 17) in Dwarka and directed them to ensure that no one indulges in celebratory firing during any function/event taking place there.
The meeting was organised by the DCP in a bid to maintain law and order in the district.
“If any such incident in any of the Banquet Halls, the owner shall be booked and necessary action as per the law would be taken against him,” said DCP Choudhary.
He also warned them to ensure that none of the guests in any faction in their Banquet Hall carries any fire arm with him.
