Highly decomposed dead body found after 10 days of crime
New Delhi, Feb. 21 (Delhi Crown): Yet another heinous case of gangrape and murder has come to the fore in Delhi. This time in Outer Delhi’s Narela area.
According to Outer Delhi-North DCP Brijendra Kumar Yadav, a highly decomposed dead body of a 14-year-old girl was found dumped in a gunny bag inside a shop in village Sannoth of Narela area, after almost 10 days of the gory crime.
The dead body was hidden under a heap of cow-dung inside the shop.
According to DCP Yadav, two accused have been identified in this case, both residents of Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh.
They were known to the victim. After consuming alcohol in Metro Vihar on Feb. 12, the duo called the girl and allegedly raped her one by one and then strangulated her to death with her palazzo-pants.
While one of the two accused has been arrested, a manhunt is on to nab the other. The police were apprised by some locals about a foul smell coming out of the shop.
On opening the shop, the police found the dead body of the girl, whose missing report was registered by her family on February 12.
